Submit New Project Proposal

Before you can submit a new project, you must first download & complete the Concept Proposal Form. Then, complete the form below and attach the PDF at the bottom of this form. For timely review, proposal’s must be submitted within two weeks of the next scheduled quarterly RCC meeting. Please see the below schedule of meetings for your reference. If your proposal is submitted after the 2 week mark, it will be reviewed at the next quarter’s meeting.
